It’s here…FALL 2013.  My favorite season of the year.  I love the cooler air, the beautiful change of colors and the fun that comes with it.  God takes his majestic paintbrush and bestows on us a gorgeous picture through nature.  Look around and take it all in.  The colors are amazing.  I don’t know where you live but here in Kentucky the leaves are changing from green to hues of orange, reds and yellows.  The air has a certain feel to it, it’s crisp and chilly.  I love digging out my jeans, boots and sweatshirts.  You can smell the wood burning in fire pits and the yummy smells from crock pots…chili’s, stews and soups oh my!  We will soon head to an apple orchard, stocking up on fall flavors.  Don’t forget about Pumpkin Spice Latte’s either..skinny ones of course.  So savor the days that will quickly shorten and make memories with your family and friends.  Each season  brings new adventures and activities.  Go enjoy them!

Yeah…it’s here, like a beautiful wrapped present..FALL!  I absolutely love this time of year.  There is nothing like it.  I thought it would be fun to list our top 7 favorite’s of fall.  Here are mine,

1.  The changing colors, have you looked around?  I love the majesty of the oranges, reds, yellows and browns.  God is  Amazing!

2.  The cooler temps.  We had such a hot summer here.  The cooler temps are a reprieve!  Can’t wait for it to be closer to 65 degrees.

3.  Pumpkin spiced Latte’s at Starbucks, yum!

4.  Roaring fireplaces.

5.  Trips to the pumpkin patch and apple orchards.

6.  Jeans and sweatshirts.  Oh, add in boots, just bought the cutest boots!

7.  Baking!  Love to make anything apple.  Pumpkin mousse, pumpkin muffins, pecan pies.  Also add soups and roasts.
